Jama and I have returned from our awesome 7 day cruise to Alaska on the Serenade of the Seas.

Jama won the school's Fine Arts award presented for excellence in Music, Theatre and Visual Arts. She was very proud - and so were we!

Our friend 'Grandma Fay' passed away June 13, 2008 after a brief struggle with pneumonia. She was 85 years old.

Yesterday we attended the interment of Rex Clive Goodwin, my father's oldest brother.

Well, I decided to once again enter the Test of Metal - maybe for the last time? The training was difficult, the road long. After two years away from mtb training and at 55 years old, I was worried I wouldn't be able to 'train up' to Test of Metal standards.

Jama had a role in the recent Squamish Youth Theatre production of Willy Wonka Jr. They rehearsed 9 hours a week for months, and then put on 8 full performances.

We're very excited this Christmas because we've recently switched over to the Telus wireless internet system.
