Where I live |

Sometimes it's interesting to see where our friends and relatives spend their time on the earth. Here are some images from one morning last week. If you click, they should enlarge somewhat for better viewing.
Every work morning I start with a walk along the blind channel with Kootenay (my dog). Nestled in the area of Squamish there is a community of artisans, craftspeople and professionals living and working out of some very unique buildilngs. Some of them have a small marina. Behind you can see the forested area of what is known as the Squamish Waterfront (which stretches further to the right) and behind that the beautiful cliffs of the Squamish Chief - one of the world's most famous rock climbing meccas.
This is the path, just a path, along the water's edge. And this is Kootenay who does sit when asked but not for long!
Here are some of the work and rest areas in this part of town. Below is the building and area where I work. Goodwin Studios (the sign is there although small) is to the left of Mojo Signs. My door is right behind the little motorcycle.
We love our new workspace but unfortunately the company that leases it to us is considering selling. What will be the future of Goodwin Studios and the glass door?
Stay tuned ...
